How do I track my order?+
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?+
No, as of yet we do not handle shipping outside Uganda. Prime Wear currently provides delivery services only within the borders of Uganda.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
We sort and process orders immediately. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
How do I find my size?+
Please refer to our Size Guide located on each product page. If you are still unsure, feel free to contact our support team for personal advice.
